We need a Global Biodiversity Observation System

Modeled after the Global Climate Observation System (GCOS).

True to the spirit of the great city of Montréal, here is a bunch of contruction equipment that communicates that this is a work-in-progress, and maybe some day it’ll actually get updated, but don’t count on it.
